Aleksander Mościcki-Chrobry, also known as Billionaire, is a Polish-American politician, statesman, and Founding Father, who has been serving as the Owner of the Republic of Poland since its creation. Mościcki first discovered Mock Governments himself by making the Republic of Poland server.

The server began small with not much relations with the community. The roots of Polish history can be traced to November 15, 2021, when the territory of present-day Poland was inhabited by Mościcki and his friends. Not much is known about this era, as not many written records survived till the present day. Mościcki would later go on to establish Poland as an official state on August 1, 2024. He began his term as President and created a Polish Church structure, pursued growth and development, and established a sense of National identity. Since then, Mościcki has guided the Republic of Poland on a straight course to success through the First Republic and well into the Second Republic.

Aleksander Mościcki had a very vibrant career in the United States. He was one of the most trusted members of Cruz Administration Cabinet, assisting the first U.S. President, Romeo Cruz with many aspects of administering the country. He was one of the biggest lobbyists for the Administration and began this great track record as Governor of the Midwestern Union, the Midwestern region of the U.S. Mościcki created a lot of useful legislation as Governor that would later influence his Senator's career.
Seeing these efforts, President Cruz extended an offer to Mościcki, proposing that he take the Deputy-Secretary role in the Department of Defense (DoD). He took the position and immediately got to work. He assisted his supervisor, Secretary Carter, in successfully purchasing necessary equipment from corporations such as The Boeing Company, TexasArms, and Dynaco Military Industrial for the DoD in order to build up the American military power.
Not long after, Secretary Carter was required to retire from his duties due to personal reasons and Mościcki took on the duties of Acting Secretary of Defense from May 6 to May 11, 2024. This happened right in the middle of an attempted coup on the Federal Government of the United States, which ultimately failed. Mościcki pledged to support the Government at all cost.

On May 11, 2024, Mościcki officially became the United States Secretary of Defense. While in office, Mościcki restructured the DoD to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department by separating the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force into separate Divisions. He created the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), whose focus originally was to supplement the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Central Intelligence Agency, while providing them with information on the tactical and financial capabilities of hostile entities. Leadership over the DIA was given to the Under-Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and National Security.
Mościcki sanctioned a DIA investigation into Hate Speech in R-USA. This was due to internal tensions within the server and the lack of incentive from the FBI. The investigation was successful, asserting very specific issues, suspects, and supervision imperfections.
Mościcki was not only active in the Defense Sector. He had a very fruitful career as a Senator from April til May, 2024. He proposed many bills and acts to strengthen the American position on the international stage, and was one of the most active Senators of his term. Most notably, to prevent disputes between different Federal Departments, he proposed the first Preliminary Draft of the U.S. Constitution on May 5, 2024, seeing that others did not take initiative. Taking this into consideration, it is possible to say he is a Founding Father not just of Poland, but of the United States as well. The July 2024 Constitutional Convention did not end up adopting any of Mościcki's proposed articles.

During the time he spent in the United States, Aleksander Mościcki was also heavily involved in the Corporate Sector. He founded and led 5 (five) major businesses as CEO over the course of early 2024. As of August, 2024, Mościcki does not have any shares in these firms except for SKYNET Technologies.

Founded on February 23, 2024, SKYNET Technologies specializes in conducting research for the use of the United States Government in the space and aviation industries. By pioneering these business niches, SKYNET allows for the creation of revolutionary products and solutions. The corporation is based on the American companies, SpaceX and Boeing Co. with hints of The Terminator movie series, and is headquartered in Houston, TX. SKYNET produces civilian aircraft (and their VIP counterparts, such as the Air Force One), satellites, rockets, and space stations/bases. As of August, 2024, SKYNET Technologies is worth around $28 Million net worth and is the only company still owned by Mościcki.

Aleksander Mościcki was not only the President of Poland at this time. He still held many key positions in the American political scene as well. His situation worsened when the United States severed all bilateral ties with Poland. He was immediately removed from all of his positions in the U.S. In addition to this, all of his companies were seized by the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Internal Revenue Service, and Federal Bureau of Investigation.
On the evening of June 4, 2024, the Central Intelligence Agency raided Mościcki's personal residence in Chicago, IL. The multi-million dollar home was used as a vacationing and family estate by the Mościcki Family.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation issued an arrest warrant on Mościcki. He and Prime Minister Gniewomir Soszyński, who happened to be on a state visit from Poland, were both detained in Federal Prison. They managed to escape to Poland before their trial. Soszyński never returned to the United States.
Near the end of his career, Mościcki knew he would make powerful enemies. He began noticing the slowly declining, and Democratic Cruz Administration, and started pointing out their mistakes. He aligned himself with the Republican Party, while still formally being independent. In order to prepare for a dire situation, Mościcki created a Will in advance. This Will was carried out, a majority of his assets going to the leader of the Republican Party, and to his son.
Mościcki would come back to the United States after the FBI arrest was dropped. He would make sporadic visits to his Chicago estate, but hasn't made a political or entrepreneurial comeback. He received ownership and leadership of SKYNET Technologies back, but the conglomerate has not been reanimated, currently holding the status of a joint stock company.

Since his permanent return, Mościcki has taken much time to grow the Republic of Poland. Government institutions and agencies have experienced much growth under his leadership. Under his guidance, many culturally significant events took place as well, helping the server expand and prosper. In August, 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Poland has reported that the nation experienced an unprecedented amount of growth since the cutting of ties with R-USA.
