The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is the R-USA Federal Executive department tasked with handling domestic intelligence.
History
Creation
The Department of Homeland Security was originally created to manage the U.S. Border.
Expansion of Duties
Following the April 17 attacks and the American Invasion of Afghanistan, the Department of Homeland Security was allowed to expand towards managing domestic intelligence within R-USA to prevent any future attacks against the server.
Notable Achievements
In May 2024, the Department of Homeland Security successfully intercepted and stopped an attempted attack on the main U.S. Server from Hamas on Discord, a self-proclaimed "resistance movement" which goes around trying to attack servers which express "pro-genocidal ideology".
