FindingRomeo (age 15) is an American politician who is best known for have served as the Chief Executive Officer of Administrative Operations (CEO) of Romeo's USA since he was elected by the Board of Directors upon the servers establishment on the 26th of December, 2023. He officially relinquished his position and stepped down to become a regular member of R-USA's staff team on January 7th, 2025, a position which he still holds.
His server, The United States of America, colloquially known as "Romeo's USA" or "R-USA", is the largest absolute democracy by size, with 2120 members as of March 21, 2025. The server is built to function like a corporation, so he is titled "Chief Executive Officer" instead of "Server Owner".
He is generally considered the most liberal major influencer within Mock-Government, with his rise contributing to an increase in tolerance for marginalized communities within some parts of mock-government. He has also been responsible for the growth of Democracy in mock-government, most notably starting in April 2024 when R-USA started to gain recognition as a major player within Mock-Government.
Since mid-August 2024, he has been referred to by some as the most influential person within Mock-Government.
History
He was elected to be R-USA's "Chief Supervisor' by a Board of 9 experienced mock-government veterans, whose identities have never been revealed, to lead an "American Experiment". He was elected 5-4 against another candidate on the evening hours of December 25th, 2023, and R-USA was established the next day.

In August of 2024, while Secretary of State, he suspended ties with Dieudonné's France after allegations of sexual misconduct within D-French HICOMM were released.

Domestic Policy
FindingRomeo is a Moderate Democrat, and has endorsed numerous policies including judicial reform, expansion of protection for marginalized communities, restriction of anti-TOS content, pro-Israel legislation, and economic reform.
In September 2024, his personal endorsements of "The Great Society II" and "The New Deal II", two extensive liberal reform policies, helped them pass through the U.S. Senate.
Foreign Policy
During FindingRomeo's tenure as President of the United States and later as Secretary of State, he has been known to accept nearly anyone who shares American interests as an "affiliate" to the United States, with close associates being elevated to allies. Since February 2024, Romeo's USA has been the largest provider of international aid within Mock-Government.
He believes in international mediation and the reduction of military conflicts, and has been one of the most adamant supports of "ever-lasting peace" in Mock-Government, coupled with other influential people such as Resprune.
He believes in the Jewish Right to Self-Determination and was the reason Cyco's Israel was created in late-June 2024.
Controversy
In January 2024, Romeo was sued by the U.S. Federal Government in a case known as United States v. FindingRomeo, in which he was fined 5.8 Million U.S. Dollars for handing out classified information to the wrong people.
In June 2024, FindingRomeo was accused of power-tripping after he used his position as President of the United States to cut ties with The Republic of Poland (Billionaire's).
In July 2024, HeyComrade publicly bashed FindingRomeo for "accepting too many minorities to work for his server".
In September 2024, Chaddeus publicly declared FindingRomeo to be the "new bastion of degeneracy within mock-government", presumably based on R-USA's extended protections of communities which aren't protected in other servers (i.e. LGBTQIA+, Women, Blacks, Jews, etc..). Additionally, there are statistically 2.2x more Liberals in R-USA than there are Conservatives. This is an abnormality in a community where most servers are heavily conservative.
Since May 2024, a conspiracy theory known as the Romeo-Underground Conspiracy has existed, which claims that FindingRomeo is a puppet to a group of either retired or no-longer-relevant mock-government veterans, and is leading an "American Experiment" on their behalf. This would explain his election to an Executive-like position rather than that of a server owner. This would also explain his extensive understanding of Mock-Gov Foreign Policy and Mock-Government history dating back to before he joined Mock-Gov in December of 2023, despite him being known to have his own personality, non mock-gov history, his own voice, and affiliation to real-life friends, ruling out any possibility of him being an alternative account.
Since around late 2024 the conspiracy theory began to die out.
Personal Beliefs (real-world)
FindingRomeo is one of only three mock-government figures besides Hekster and PhantomUltima to have a defined zero-tolerance policy against pedophilic remarks, comments, behaviors, or jokes. In May 2024, a secretary was banned from R-USA by Romeo after making a joke which sexually invoked minors. The ban was immediate and happened without any previous warning.
He is a Moderate Democrat. He supports Israel.

He is an ethnic Iraqi and Arabic is his second language. He was born, raised, and has lived his entire life in the United States. He considers himself American and is a patriot to the United States, but also acknowledges that he is Iraqi by blood.
