PhantomUltima, also as just Phantom or also known as Hindenburg Keitel in The Authority, is a Portuguese-Angolan politician who served as the first President of the Portuguese Republic from October 2023 until August 2024.
His server, The Portuguese Republic, is one of the largest democracies in mock-government, despite its history of inactivity and most of its existence of lagging behind most mock governments.
Domestic Policy
PhantomUltima is a Democratic Socialist, aligning with leftist ideologies and also being an appealer to many in the left of the political spectrum across mock government servers, such as The Authority, The Kingdom of Spain, and Portugal itself. He leads the Social Democratic Party in Portugal, (Which unlike its IRL counterpart, being Center-Right, Phantom's SPD is Center-Left), The Union of Social Democrats in The Authority and more.

As Former President AND Owner of Portugal, PhantomUltima currently de facto leads Portugal's foreign policy. He has made statements about maintaining a "flexible foreign policy", making alliances and friendship treaties with many servers, including Spain, Tankria, Astralis, The Authority, R-USA, The French Republic and more.
