The Pyrenees War, also known as the Franco-Spanish invasion of Béarn, was a short-lived conflict that occured between the French Republic and the Kingdom of Spain against the Republic of Béarn. The war only lasted for less than a day, although some argue that clashes between Bearnese and French diplomats occured prior to the invasion. The conflictended with a decisive victory for the Spanish and the French, following the nuke of Béarn. Although the international community wasn't too implicated within this conflict, some nations supported the offensive, notably Doulant, Calluris, and Portugal.
The French Republic accused Béarn of stealing their members via DM advertizing, as well as harboring national socialism and endorsing genocide. They have also accused Béarn of attempting to hack the French Republic, threatening to make it a puppet state of béarn. French President Resprune Fontenay mobilized armed forces on September 21, at 11:04 P.M.
While no official treaty was signed, Béarn had all of its channels nuked and replaced with spam channels containing spam mentions, by Spain. Following the war, a coup occured which made Béarn officially endorse National Socialism. As of September 23rd 2024, Béarn is considered a terrorist group by the French Republic.
