Kingdom of Spain (Spanish: Reino de España), commonly known as Spain (Spanish: España) is a Discord-based mock government that is themed around its real life counter part. Founded in November 2022 by Hekster, it currently has over 750 members, turning it into one of the most succesful Spains ever seen in the mockgovernment community, and renowned.
History
Early Beginning
Spain was originally a server themed on the mapping channel of "Greater Spain Mapping", a mapping channel that currently estimates to be almost at 1000 subcribers, although the email of it has been lost and so the channel is condemned to death.
Spanish-Midwest War
However, just in early 2023, the server has transitioned to a mockgov inspired into "Greater Spanish Empire", but it wouldn't last long in that season after the leader has done such unexplicable stuff in the UMR (United Midwest Republic) in a Gartic Phone game, causing the server to surrender quickly to the Midwestern forces in just 1 day, and getting indefinitely occupied temporarily.
Weeks after the occupation, probably somewhere in March-April, Spain has been freed again, and has improved it's image in UMR's subcommunity, although, in a new banner, the First Republic of Spain, having a similar flag just that the crowns are removed and put towers instead above, and the above stripe being blue.
Internal Issues and the Dual Raid War
In the year of 2023, the server is seen, normal, but, most of the time in the year, the server is seen pretty dead, being in the hole of decadence, as Spain only had around 1k-2k messages in total in the chart activity bot, as well as people barely spoke there. The most active moments where in Early-Mid and December, in Early to Mid, the server managed to contain 2 raids, and manages to nuke the perpetrator twice back again, with the Main, and the Alt, alone, without the military. It wasn't nothing important though, as the conflict was super quick, but days after, Spain witnessed a big conflict beetwen UMR and CBC, with only the king intervening, Spain remaining neutral itself in that tomfoolery.
Restoration of the Spanish Crown and Iberian Unification
In a national referendum to restore the monarchy in mid 2023, may, the majority have voted for a Kingdom of Spain, giving hekster the status of monarch once more, and this stays until late 2023, in winter, where Spain and Viriato's Portugal united into the Iberian Union, in total, 220+ members. The union didn't last long as well, dissolving it around february, and restoring Spain again, AND again, the Kingdom continues.
2024
At the start of 2024, Spain, purging serenites, people who have kept Spain dead and inefficient, would lead to finally breaking the mockgovernment isolation and start exploring throughout the mockgov community. Spain would be found in a massive growth to 400 members, thawing out of the member crisis, and finding itself joining Berlin Pakt, in March 2024, prior to that, it would lead Spain getting mauled by AoS, after Hekster surrendered to their officials, being one of the first servers to fall in TA March war.
Aftermath of the March War
Aftermath of the march war, Spain has had some other notable foreign involvements, such as the Spanish-Moroccan war, Pyrinees War, and other more conflicts, in which most of them were succesful and victorious and other ones were just ties and resulted in white peace. Not only that, but Spain would experience the first golden age of summer, reaching 500 members in august, and getting around 1-3k messages every day, it wouldn't last that long until the Spanish leadership started to lose efficiency, leading to many active members, leave and abandon Spain, leaving it in activity turmoil until December, which is when again, Spain blows up in activity in 29 December, after VOX's far-right ultranationalist party, which is now seeking to make Spain great again, as of today, 30th December, Spain finds itself in a peaceful and good state, leaving a notable footprint in the mockgovernment community for the 2022-2024.

Spain currently has a conflictive political situation especially beetwen the right-wingers and left-wingers, somehow and realistically making it divided just as the in real life counterpart, but if we look closer, the right-wing as defeated the left-wing, staying dominant in the Spanish politics and ambient.
