The server was more like a de facto autocracy, due to its lack of elections and absolute presidential power, especially since there was no constitution. |

Le serveur n’était pas réellement une simulation de gouvernement, mais plutôt une communauté bilingue. Devenir citoyen à l’époque se faisait sous une demande par formulaire dans l’Union Européenne, fondée quelques jours après la France. Le serveur s’apparentait plus de facto à une autocratie, en raison de son manque d’élections et d’un pouvoir présidentiel absolu, notamment car il n’y avait pas de constitution. |
