The Shadow Company, originally known as Silly Cat Contracting is an intelligence agency owned by White Lotus with Polar Corp as its parent agency. It was formerly a Norwegian Elite Infiltration that has worked with several Mock Governments, including The Authority, the USR and Romeo's USA.

In April 2024, The Shadow Company was accused of being responsible for causing a major security breach at the Central Intelligence Agency (Romeo's USA).In the days following the security breach, Afghanistan (QuanaKhrea's) attacked Romeo's USA, using information from the security breach to learn how to circumvent the CIA and National Counter-Intelligence Service (Romeo's USA)'s ability to detect and stop terror attacks.
The day after the attacks, the Department of Homeland Security (Romeo's USA) was reformed to allow for the DHS to participate in domestic counter-terrorism operations alongside the NCIS, and the agency was given more power in stopping potential threats to the United States.
On the 21st of April, 2024 the Department of Homeland Security (Romeo's USA), declared the Shadow Company to be a Terrorist Organization.
On the 19th of May, 2024, the Superior District Court of Lower Manhattan signed off on the DHS's request to issue a warrant for the arrest of komithe2nd.
On the 11th of August, 2024, the Secretary of Homeland Security in Romeo's USA (Cpt. Pawn) signed a dismissal order on all charges against komithe2nd and the Shadow Company, immediately dropping all charges against her and removing her and the Shadow Company off R-USA's "Designated Terrorist List".
