The history of France dates back to October 20, 2019, when Resprune and Ilhraiq formed the Pre-Republic. The server was not a mock government but a bilingual community. Becoming a citizen at that time was done by application to the European Union, founded a few days after France. The server was more like a de facto autocracy, due to its lack of elections and absolute presidential power, especially since there was no constitution.
